Frontier Services Group Limited (the “Company”) announced supplemental information on emoluments for acting Chief Executive Officer Hu Ping (“Dr. Hu”) for the years ended 31 December 2021 and 31 December 2022.

Dr. Hu served as Chief Operating Officer from 1 January 2021 to 9 March 2021 and then as Acting Chief Executive Officer (non-director) until the end of 2021. From 1 January 2022 to 19 January 2022, Dr. Hu remained Acting Chief Executive Officer and was subsequently Chief Operating Officer through 31 December 2022.

According to the disclosure, Dr. Hu received total emoluments of HK$2,290,000 in 2021 and HK$2,737,000 in 2022, comprising salaries, pension contributions, and other benefits. These amounts were already captured under the five highest-paid individuals and key management compensation in the Company’s annual reports.

Other information in the annual reports remains unchanged, and the Company states that this supplemental announcement complies with the relevant listing rules. The Board has not disclosed additional revisions to the reports beyond the updated information on Dr. Hu’s emoluments.
