Hong Kong – King’s Flair International (Holdings) Limited held its Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2026, where every one of the seven resolutions on the agenda secured overwhelming shareholder backing.
• Voting results and turnout A total of 551.38 million shares were voted, representing 78.77% of the company’s 700.00 million issued shares. Each resolution received 99.99% of votes cast in favour, with a maximum of just 42,050 votes (0.01%) against any single item.
• Key resolutions adopted 1. Financial Statements: Shareholders adopted the audited financial statements, directors’ report and auditor’s report for the year ended 31 December 2025. 2. Board Composition: Independent non-executive directors Professor Lau Kin Tak and Mr Anthony Graeme Michaels—each serving more than nine years—were re-elected. The remuneration committee was authorised to determine directors’ fees. 3. Auditor Appointment: BDO Limited was re-appointed as external auditor, with the board authorised to fix its remuneration. 4.
