2026年8月14日，香港华人有限公司（00655）发布盈利警告称，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月将录得未经审核股东应占综合亏损约4.5亿元，而上一期间（截至2025年6月30日止六个月）则录得综合溢利约1.99亿元。
公告显示，导致业绩由盈转亏的主要原因，是本集团持有之主要合营企业OUE Limited（连同其附属公司，合称“OUE集团”）在本期间录得按权益法入账的亏损约4.4亿元；而上一期间该部分为溢利约1.89亿元。有关亏损大部分为非现金性质，主要来自OUE集团所占按权益法入账投资对象的亏损，以及就其在另一按权益法入账投资对象的投资所作出的减值亏损。相关详情已于公司2026年7月31日的公告中披露。
公司表示，上述数据基于目前可得资料作出的初步评估，未经核数师审阅；本集团将于2026年8月底公布该期间的未经审核综合中期业绩。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时须审慎行事。
