老虎暗盘 | 宁德时代涨超6%，一手赚超1700港元
本周一（5月19日），宁德时代开启暗盘交易，截至发稿报280港元，涨幅6.46%，每手赚1700港元，总市值1.23万亿：
宁德时代在招股书中披露，此次港股上市所募集资金，计划用于推进匈牙利电池工厂一期及二期项目建设，以及补充营运资金等用途。宁德时代在2022年公布在匈牙利的建厂计划，为该公司第二座海外电池工厂，该项目总投资预计不超过73.4亿欧元(约合555亿元人民币)，目前已正式启动建设。
匈牙利工厂靠近多家欧洲客户的整车制造工厂，其中奔驰将成为该工厂的首家客户。招股书披露，匈牙利项目一期及二期的总投资额约为49亿欧元(约合371亿元人民币)。截至2024年底，宁德时代已投入约7亿欧元(约合53亿元人民币)，剩余资金将于未来陆续投入。
宁德时代为全球动力和储能电池龙头，已连续八年位居全球动力电池装车量榜首。去年12月26日，宁德时代正式披露申请在港交所主板挂牌上市的计划。有报道称，宁德时代港股上市募资至少50亿美元(约合365亿元人民币)，但该公司未予置评。宁德时代2018年在深交所创业板上市。
其最近的一次融资发生在2022年6月，宁德时代通过向特定对象发行股票，在A股市场募集资金449亿元。加之宁德时代近年业绩高速增长，已连续七个季度净利润超百亿，其资金储备十分充足。截至去年9月30日，宁德时代货币资金就达到2646亿元。
