9月7日，药明生物（02269）发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司自2026年5月27日至2026年7月7日期间，累计回购39,824,500股，占当时已发行股本相应百分比区间介乎0.03488%至0.15741%，回购价格介乎每股29.46港元至36.75港元，累计涉及总金额约12.72亿港元。上述回购股份尚未注销。
同日，公司根据2016年1月5日采纳并于2016年8月10日修订的首次公开发售前购股权计划，于2026年9月7日分别向合资格人士及董事发行普通股4,000股及1,800,090股，发行价格均为每股2.64港元，合计发行1,804,090股，占发行前已发行股本约0.04345%。
本次发行完成后，公司于2026年9月7日的已发行股本增至4,154,733,877股。公司在公告中确认，已严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。本公告由公司董事陈智胜签署。
