2026年2月3日，中国绿岛科技有限公司（“中国绿岛科技”，股票代码：02023）发布截至2026年1月31日止的股份变动月报表，显示公司整体股本保持稳定。
公司普通股法定注册股本为2,000,000,000股，每股面值0.01港元，注册股本总额20,000,000港元。截至1月底，已发行股份总数维持491,800,000股，报告期内未有新增发行、购回或注销活动。
月报指出当月没有涉及期权或其他股本激励的变动事项，也无证券购回或库存股份变动。公司同时确认目前符合香港联交所有关公众持股量的上市规则要求。
