Shangri-La Hotels (Malaysia) Berhad on Nov, 26 2025 released unaudited results for the quarter ended Sep, 30 2025.

Third-quarter revenue climbed 5 % year on year to about 45.3 million Singapore dollars, while profit before tax increased to roughly 9.5 million Singapore dollars from 9.0 million Singapore dollars in the corresponding 2024 period. Net profit was broadly unchanged at around 6.8 million Singapore dollars.

For the first nine months of 2025, the group generated approximately 117.4 million Singapore dollars in revenue, marginally above the 116.8 million Singapore dollars recorded a year earlier. Cumulative profit before tax rose 7 % to about 17.0 million Singapore dollars, and net profit improved to roughly 11.9 million Singapore dollars.

No interim dividend was declared for the third quarter. Net asset value stood at about 0.52 Singapore dollars per share as at Sep, 30 2025.
