Man Wah Completes HK$7.21 Million Share Buyback, Cancels 2 Million Shares

Man Wah Holdings Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 2.00 million shares on 21 May 2026 under the general mandate approved at the 30 June 2025 AGM.

The transaction was carried out within a price range of HK$3.56 to HK$3.68 per share, utilising HK$7.21 million before brokerage and expenses. All repurchased shares will be cancelled.

Management cited “strong and healthy” operating cash flow and stated that cancelling the shares is expected to enhance shareholder returns, underscoring the Board’s confidence in the company’s prospects.

The Board noted that any further repurchases will depend on market conditions and remain at its absolute discretion, with no assurance on timing, quantity or price. Shareholders and investors are advised to exercise caution when trading the company’s securities.
