亚洲策略科技（01027）8月3日公告称，公司将把在香港联交所主板买卖的普通股每手买卖单位，由现行1万股调整为1000股，生效日期为2026年8月24日09:00。此举旨在降低每手市值，以提升股份流动性。

根据公告发布当日每股3.470港元的收市价，现行每手1万股的市值为3.47万港元；调整后，每手1000股的市值将为3470港元。

公司表示，本次调整不影响股东的任何相对权利，且不会产生新的零碎股份（调整前已存在的零碎股份除外），因此不设碎股配对安排。公司现阶段亦无进一步削弱此次调整目的的其他公司行动计划，未来12个月内无其他集资或即时发行新股安排。
