中国联通(00762)近日发布更新公告，明确截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息港元金额及派息汇率。公司宣派每股0.1329元人民币的普通股息，按1元人民币兑1.14591港元的汇率折算，对应每股派发0.15229港元。
此次股息的关键日期已确定：除净日为2026年6月3日，递交股份过户文件的截止时间为6月4日16时30分，股权登记日为6月5日，暂停办理股份过户登记仅在6月5日当天。最终股息将于2026年6月24日正式派发。
在代扣所得税安排方面，公司将继续按照相关税务规定，对非居民企业股东（即股东名册上以非个人名义登记的股东）从股息中代扣代缴10%的企业所得税。通过港股通（沪港通及深港通）投资的股东，由于透过香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司持股，也将被代扣10%企业所得税后再获派股息。以个人名义登记的股东则无需扣除企业税。属于中国居民企业或被视为中国居民企业的非个人股东，若符合条件并希望豁免代扣，可在6月4日下午4时30分前向股份过户登记处提交主管税务机关出具的证明文件。
