DOBOT (02432) rose more than 8% before noon. At the time of writing, the stock was up 7.1%, trading at HK$39.5, with a turnover of HK$164 million. On the news front, on February 4, DOBOT officially commenced mass production and delivery of the third batch of its full-size industrial humanoid robot, ATOM, which has begun deployment for frontline industrial applications worldwide. The model being delivered is DOBOT's 165cm tall full-size humanoid robot, ATOM. This milestone not only marks DOBOT's progress toward its goal of large-scale deliveries by 2026 but also signifies that its humanoid robots are accelerating into a new phase of widespread practical application. Notably, at the end of 2025, DOBOT's board of directors announced that, to drive business growth, enhance overall competitiveness, and ensure the achievement of operational targets and long-term development strategies, the company has decided to initiate an initial public offering of RMB-denominated ordinary shares and pursue a listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The board has resolved and approved the commencement of preparatory work related to the proposed A-share listing. For the proposed A-share listing, the company has appointed pre-listing advisors and has submitted the registration application for pre-listing guidance.
