新世纪集团（港股代码：00234）6月1日晚间发布盈利警告称，经对截至2026年3月31日止财政年度未经审核综合管理账目进行初步评估，预计期内归属于母公司股东的亏损不超过3,200万港元，较上年度约5,600万港元的亏损显著收窄，降幅约42.9%。
公司将亏损缩减主要归因于两大因素： 1. 香港投资物业的公平价值亏损减少； 2. 应收贷款及利息以及抵债资产的减值亏损净额减少。
上述积极因素部分被放债业务利息收入大幅下滑所抵销。自2025年第二季度起，住宅物业市场反弹促使借款人出售按揭物业，加之传统银行竞争激烈，导致集团放贷申请量减少、贷款组合缩小，进而拖累利息收入。
公告同时指出，集团仍在落实2026财年经审计的全年业绩，相关数据尚待核数师及审计委员会审核确认，最终业绩或与当前预期存在差异。公司计划于2026年6月16日公布年度业绩报告。
公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
