GUOCO GROUP (00053) announced its interim results for the six months ended December 31, 2025. Revenue amounted to HK$11.885 billion, representing a decrease of 10% compared to the same period last year. Income fell by 7% year-on-year to HK$11.68 billion. Profit attributable to the company's shareholders was HK$2.027 billion, marking a 13% increase. Earnings per share were HK$6.23, and an interim dividend per share of HK$0.7 was declared. The company stated that the decrease in income was primarily due to a HK$1.2 billion reduction in revenue from the Property Development and Investment division, influenced by the timing of revenue recognition for a phased residential development project in Singapore. However, this decline was partially offset by a HK$500 million increase in income from the Hotel and Leisure division, driven by continued business growth during the period.
