Agricultural Bank of China Limited published its Pillar 3 Report for the third quarter of 2025, covering details of risk management, key prudential regulatory metrics, risk-weighted assets, macroprudential measures, leverage ratio, and liquidity risk. The Board of Directors reviewed and approved the disclosure on October 30, 2025.

The report provides capital adequacy figures, indicating a Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) capital of RMB 2,730,958 million, Tier 1 capital of RMB 3,160,522 million, and total capital of RMB 4,350,753 million as of September 30, 2025. Total risk-weighted assets reached RMB 24,471,018 million, while the total capital ratio stood at 17.78%. The document also highlights that the leverage ratio, at 6.29%, remained above the regulatory minimum.

On liquidity measures, the Bank reported a liquidity coverage ratio of 130.25% and a net stable funding ratio of 133.01%, both exceeding regulatory requirements. High-quality liquid assets, including cash, reserve funds that can be withdrawn under stress conditions, and qualified bonds, contributed to the solid liquidity position. The report’s findings underscore the Bank’s ongoing adherence to robust capital and liquidity standards.
