On July 16th, a media tour visited the Jingyan Agricultural Machinery Equipment Industrial Park.

Inside the various workshops of Sichuan Wanma Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. within the park, different models of compact agricultural machinery were seen ready for shipment, destined for export to regions including Southeast Asia and Africa.

The company's fully automatic husking and milling combination rice machines are produced here. In the equipment workshop, complete rice processing lines with capacities ranging from 20 to 200 tons are manufactured from start to finish. Many machines, neatly lined up, bear packaging labels indicating "Sri Lanka."

According to the factory's shipping schedule, a batch of eight fully automatic husking and milling combination rice machines is set to begin its journey to Sri Lanka in two days.

As the first enterprise in Leshan to independently manage the entire production chain for agricultural machinery, Sichuan Wanma Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. maintains full control over the entire process, from design and component processing to final assembly and after-sales support.

Compared to similar equipment on the market, the company's fully automatic husking and milling combination rice machines can increase rice yield by 2% to 5%.

In the first half of this year, the company's agricultural machinery exports grew by 10% year-on-year, with the number of export countries increasing by 75%. The focus for market expansion is now on Africa and Southeast Asia.

Currently, the self-sufficiency rate for castings and sheet metal parts within Jingyan county exceeds 80%. With upstream and downstream enterprises supporting each other, products "Made in Jingyan" are gaining recognition from farmers overseas.

The agricultural machinery equipment park is now home to 12 enterprises, including six above-scale companies with a combined output value of 137 million yuan. The county's total annual production capacity for agricultural machinery reaches one million units.

Data shows that household rice milling machines produced in Jingyan account for 37.9% of the national market share in this specific segment and over 60% of the provincial market within Sichuan. This solidifies its position as the nation's second-largest production base for rice milling machines.

In essence, more than one out of every three household rice milling machines in China originates from Leshan's Jingyan, supporting half of Sichuan's household rice miller industry.
