轨道交通业务期内营收约2,825.4万港元，同比下降约29%。该业务新线车载系统设备的交付在期内进度放缓，同步执行的维修和备品交付规模有限，令营收回落。
客户关系管理（CRM）业务营收约2,773.9万港元，同比下降约15%。社会化竞争主体增加、新兴技术公司与平台企业涌入，导致市场竞争加剧。本期公司在CRM业务方面投入新的系统研发，目标是提升运营效率、巩固核心竞争力。
