美國總統特朗普24日簽署四道行政令，明確要求美國能源部在2030年前啟動10座大型核電廠建設計畫，同時強制核監管委員會於18個月內完成新反應爐審查，並對現有核電機組進行融資升級。
這波新政也點燃投資市場對核能復興預期。高盛預估，全球核電需求將因AI時代耗電暴增而進入黃金十年，2025年起鈾礦市場將進入結構性短缺，2040年缺口恐達1.3億磅。鈾價自2020年30美元，已飆至2025年5月85美元，升幅超180%。
在上述利好消息的刺激下，美股核能概念股近段時間集體大升，周二 Cameco Corp 升3%， NuScale Power 升17%，Oklo升10%。
