港仔机器人集团控股有限公司（下称“港仔机器人”，股票代码：00370）于2026年7月2日发布了截至2026年6月30日的证券变动月报表，显示报告期内公司未有新股发行及库藏股变动，股本整体保持稳定。
截至2026年6月末，港仔机器人的法定/注册股本维持在25,000,000,000股，面值每股0.1港元，合计2,500,000,000港元，较上月份无变化。公司普通股已发行股份数量为2,097,625,991股，无库存股份，保持与2026年5月末相同水平。
