In the first half of 2025, HARBIN BANK (06138) demonstrated outstanding performance in inclusive finance, launching innovative products such as "Qian Dao Jia" and "Nong Shan Dai" while enhancing service efficiency through digital transformation. The bank disbursed RMB 16.918 billion in inclusive small and micro enterprise loans, representing an increase of RMB 1.62 billion compared to the same period last year. The outstanding balance reached RMB 41.198 billion with a growth rate of 11.72%. The average pricing for loans disbursed during the year was 5.83%, down 0.87 percentage points from the previous year, continuously reducing financing costs for small and micro enterprises.
The outstanding balance of agriculture-related loans reached RMB 32.2104 billion, while farmer loans totaled RMB 16.5322 billion. The business service coverage has extended across 11 cities and municipalities in Heilongjiang Province, the majority of rural markets under six major agricultural reclamation bureaus, as well as parts of rural areas in Chengdu, Chongqing, Shenyang, Tianjin, and Dalian outside the province.
