达丰设备服务有限公司（02153）于2026年3月4日发布的月报表显示，2026年2月期间，公司无新股发行、股份购回或注销活动，法定及注册股本保持稳定。
公告披露，公司法定/注册股本为1,875,000,000股普通股，每股面值USD0.08，合计USD150,000,000，与上月底保持一致。已发行股份数量维持在1,166,871,250股，库存股份数目为0股，均无变化。
在股份期权方面，公司于2020年12月15日采纳的购股权计划，截至当月未有行使、授出、注销或失效的记录。截至2月底，若全部期权获行使或自库存转让，最高可新增116,687,125股，但本月并无实际发行或转让。
公司表示，已符合香港联合交易所有限公司最低公众持股量要求，并确认遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律法规。本次月报由公司董事邱国燊签署。
