中远海控(01919)于2026年5月7日发布翌日披露公告，披露公司于香港联交所场内回购普通股股份。公告显示，公司已回购2,350,000股H股普通股，约占其现有已发行股本（不包括库藏股）总数的0.0853%。
本次回购股份的每股价格介乎每股14.62港元至14.86港元，合计支付总金额34,587,700港元，折合约3,458.77万港元。回购完成后，由于相关股份尚未注销，截至2026年5月7日，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）仍为2,756,479,500股。根据公告，公司自2025年5月28日购回授权通过以来，已在本交易所或其他证券交易所累计回购18,961,000股，占获授权当日公司已发行股本总数约0.658%，购回授权的总数为287,981,950股。
公司表示，此次回购及相关程序符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的要求，公告由公司秘书肖俊光签署。
