公司披露，本次回购股份数量约占其已发行股本的0.02906%，回购价格介乎每股18.81港元至19.1港元，合计支付金额12,744,804.08港元（约1,274.48万港元）。根据公告，公司于当日交易结束时的已发行股本总数仍为2,314,012,871股，库藏股数为0。
公告指出，本次回购基于2025年5月28日通过的股份购回授权，该授权允许公司回购最多231,401,287股。截至本次回购，公司在本交易所及其他证券交易所已累计回购12,051,600股。
