ATLINKS Group Limited(08043，香港联交所GEM上市)于最新公告中披露，董事会已获股东大会一般授权，可于指定期间内按不超过已发行股本(不包括库存股份)总面值10%的上限购回公司股份。按公司公告披露，ATLINKS目前合共发行4亿股，授权最高约4000万股。
本次购回的资金来源将根据开曼群岛公司法及上市规则，从公司可合法动用的内部财务资源拨付。董事会认为，此举有助于提升股东整体回报并优化资本结构，符合公司及股东的整体利益。根据公告，过去十二个月，公司股份于联交所的最高价格约0.238港元，最低约0.065港元。
董事会表示，上述购回授权尚须在2026年5月27日的股东周年大会上表决通过方可生效。公司同时宣布，将于5月21日至5月27日暂停办理股份过户登记。董事会强调，若授权顺利获得批准，将视市况及公司营运资金情况灵活执行购回计划。
