FIRST TRACTOR (00038) announced that, effective from October 28, 2025, Ms. Yu Lina has stepped down as the company secretary and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules. Mr. Liu Bin has been appointed as one of the joint company secretaries. Ms. Huang Yating has been appointed as another joint company secretary and authorized representative.
