礼来一季度总营收127.3亿美元，同比增长45%，超市场预期的126.7亿美元；调整后净利润30.04亿美元，同比增长29%，高于市场预期的28亿美元；调整后每股收益（EPS）3.34 美元，同比增幅 29%，超出市场预期 3.20 美元。
预计全财年营收580亿美元-610亿美元，市场预估596.6亿美元。礼来预计全财年经调整后每股收益20.78-22.2亿美元，此前预计22.5美元-24美元。
礼来称，指引是基于现有关税和贸易环境做出的。
受财报影响，礼来盘前下跌3%。
