Sinolink Worldwide Holdings (01168) announced that following the approval of a special resolution to change the company name at the extraordinary general meeting held on August 18, 2025, the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda has issued a certificate of change of name, confirming that the company's name has been changed from "Sinolink Worldwide Holdings Limited" to "Z Fin Limited". The Chinese name "百仕達控股有限公司" will no longer be used for identification purposes, and the new company name has been registered in the register of the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda, effective from August 18, 2025.

Following the effective date of the company name change, the English stock short name for the company's shares traded on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "SINOLINK HOLD" to "Z FIN", effective from 9:00 a.m. on September 3, 2025. The company's stock code on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged at "01168".

As the company will no longer adopt a Chinese secondary name, it will no longer use a Chinese stock short name. Therefore, the existing Chinese stock name "百仕達控股" will no longer be used, effective from the same date mentioned above.
