On 21 July 2026, Wah Wo Holdings Group Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025/26 Annual Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.wahwoalum.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Executive Director Chen Yuet Wa, recommends that registered shareholders review the digital documents to expedite access and support paperless communication. Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will find the hard-copy report enclosed with the notification letter.

Investors experiencing difficulties with email notifications or online access, or those who prefer hard-copy documents, can request printed versions of the current and all future corporate communications at no cost. A completed reply form should be returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, either by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) using the prepaid mailing label provided, or via email to 9938-ecom@vistra.com.

Registered shareholders are responsible for supplying and maintaining a valid email address. Until a functional address is provided, the company will continue to send notices of publication and actionable corporate communications in printed form.
