JIANGSU EXPRESS (00177) announced that to meet the funding requirements for the Danjin project and ensure its smooth progress, the company intends to conduct a cash capital increase in Danjin Company alongside another shareholder, Changzhou Transportation Holdings, based on their respective shareholding ratios. Specifically, JIANGSU EXPRESS will contribute approximately RMB 2.636 billion, while Changzhou Transportation Holdings will invest around RMB 898 million.
