Hybrid Kinetic Group Limited (stock code: 01188) reported that its authorised share capital for October 2025 stood at HKD 80,000,000,000, consistent with the previous month. The total number of ordinary shares in issue remained at 20,352,872,747, with no treasury shares recorded.
The announcement disclosed that there were 15,000,000 share options under an option scheme with an exercise price of HKD 0.228 and 10,000,000 share options with an exercise price of HKD 0.1872.
