该策略将借助Dialectic旗下Medici平台实施，通过去中心化金融协议配置以太坊生态资产，在实施高级风险管理框架的同时优化收益结构。公司明确将此定位为创收业务板块，旨在为股东创造显著价值。
执行方案包含三重路径：首先将策略产生的利润持续投入以太坊资产组合，其次考虑实施股份回购计划，最后将剩余资金用于支持核心业务增长计划。这种循环投资模式旨在通过风险调整获得可持续回报，构建以太坊生态系统的价值捕获机制。
