辽港股份4月2日晚间公告称，截至公告日期，公司在香港联交所上市并由公众持有的H股市值约7.96亿港元，占公司H股已发行股份（不含库存股份）总数的3.67%，仍低于港交所上市规则第19A.28B(2)条所要求的最低公众持股量。
公司表示，已就公众持股量不足的情况与联交所沟通，后者同意继续维持过渡期安排。期间，辽港股份需积极寻求可行措施，以尽快提升公众持股比例至合规水平。
根据相关规定，只要公众持股量未达最低要求，辽港股份将按月发布进展公告，并遵循上市规则第19A.28D及19A.28E条的其他要求。
公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。辽港股份董事会成员包括执行董事李国锋、魏明晖；非执行董事刘彬、黄镇洲、杨兵；职工代表董事张弘；独立非执行董事刘春彦、程超英、陈维曦。
