在其官网的最新更新中，AWS表示：“我们正在调查美国东部（US-EAST-1地区）多个AWS服务的错误率和延迟情况增加的问题。我们将在30-45分钟内提供进一步的更新。”
服务中断跟踪网站Downdetector显示，用户报告的中断事件急剧上升。
人工智能初创公司Perplexity的首席执行官Aravind Srinivas在社交平台X上发文表示：“Perplexity当前无法使用，根本原因是AWS出现了问题。我们正在努力解决。”
AWS此前曾遭遇过多次中断，导致其他公司的服务受到影响，突显了区域性数字基础设施问题可能带来的深远影响。
