Khoon Group Limited announced that, at its own request, trading in the company’s shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be suspended starting at 1:00 p.m. on 24 July 2026. The suspension will remain in effect until the company publishes inside information relevant to investors.
The board currently comprises one executive director, Tseung Choi Wing Queenie, and three independent non-executive directors—Fok Wai Hung, So Chi Kai and Choi Jyoti Chien.
