旭辉控股集团(00884)3月16日晚间发布盈利预告称，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度归属股东净利润将在170亿元至190亿元之间，实现由亏转盈。上年同期公司录得归属股东净亏损70.76亿元。
公司指出，业绩大幅改善主要源于2025年12月29日完成的境外债务重组，为当期带来约400亿元一次性收益。扣除该非经常性因素后，预计2025年度归属股东核心亏损仍介乎75亿元至90亿元，相较2024年度的58.25亿元核心亏损有所扩大，主要原因是可供确认收入的房地产项目竣工量减少及行业下行造成毛利率下降。
债务结构方面，通过境内外重组，集团显著压降短期负债，预计2025年末短债占比低于30%；同期净资产规模提升，净负债率较2024年同期大幅下降。
公司补充表示，以上数据基于未经审计的管理账目及现有资料，最终经审核的年度业绩将在2026年3月31日或之前公布。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者审慎决策。
