玄武云科技控股有限公司（02392）于2025年12月18日发布翌日披露报表，披露公司于当日回购5,000股普通股股份，回购价格区间介乎每股1.09港元至1.12港元，合计金额约5,606.69港元。
公告显示，上述回购股份约占公司截至2025年12月16日现有已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数556,688,500股的0.000898%。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数维持560,320,500股，其中556,683,500股为在外流通股份，库藏股增至3,637,000股。
公司指出，该次回购依据2025年6月26日通过的购回授权进行，授权可回购的股份总数为560,320,500股。截至公告日，公司已根据该购回授权累计回购3,637,000股，占购回授权生效时已发行股本的0.6491%。公告同时确认，公司已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
