China Boton repurchases 96,000 shares, treasury stock rises to 288,000 units

China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed on 08 June 2026 that it repurchased 96,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the same day.

• Transaction details: The shares were bought back at prices ranging from HKD 1.72 to HKD 1.75, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 1.73 per share. The total outlay was approximately HKD 0.17 million.

• Impact on share capital: – Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.01% to 1,080.22 million. – Treasury shares rose to 288,000, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 1,080.51 million.

• Mandate utilisation: The board obtained authority on 22 May 2026 to repurchase up to 108.05 million shares. After the latest transaction, 96,000 shares have been bought back, representing 0.01% of the mandate.

• Moratorium: Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, China Boton is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 08 July 2026.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
