深交所公告显示，由于天岳先进在香港市场价格稳定期结束且相应A股上市满10个交易日，根据《深圳证券交易所深港通业务实施办法》的有关规定，港股通标的证券名单发生调整，自2025年09月15日起生效，正式调入天岳先进。这一举措预计将吸引更多南下资金关注，有望提升公司股票的流动性和市场知名度。
值得注意的是，天岳先进近期还公布了超额配股权的行使情况。公司H股超额配售权已获悉数行使，新增716.18万股H股，募集资金净额2.99亿港元。尽管公司2025年上半年业绩出现下滑，净利润同比下降89.32%，但市场普遍看好其长期发展前景。分析师预计，纳入港股通后，公司有望吸引更多机构投资者关注，并可能推动估值向A股半导体材料板块看齐。
