Zambon公司与Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc.联合宣布，其合作研发的药物Hopledo® (ipx203)已获得欧洲药品管理局人用药品委员会（CHMP）的正面评价。该药物适用于治疗患有帕金森病并伴随中度至重度运动波动的成人患者。
此次CHMP的积极意见是基于关键性临床试验的有利数据，表明ipx203在控制运动症状波动方面具有潜在疗效。若后续获得欧盟委员会正式批准，该疗法将为帕金森病患者提供一种新的治疗选择。
运动波动是帕金森病进展过程中常见的并发症，可能导致患者在日常活动中经历不可预测的运动功能变化。新药的研发进展有望帮助改善这类患者的生活质量与症状管理。
