Peijia Medical Limited (PEIJIA-B) reported that 2.68 million ordinary shares were issued in May 2026 following the exercise of employee share options, lifting the company’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) to 674.74 million.
The new shares originated entirely from the Share Option Plan, which saw 2.68 million options exercised. The transaction generated HK$1.09 million in cash proceeds. No treasury shares were transferred or cancelled during the period, leaving the treasury share balance at zero.
After the issuance, PEIJIA-B’s outstanding options under all schemes stand at 31.32 million, comprising 26.75 million under the Share Option Plan and 4.57 million under the Share Option Scheme. The latter still allows up to 56.43 million additional shares to be granted in the future.
Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD0.0001, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD100,000.
Management confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement as at 31 May 2026.
