北京北辰实业股份(00588) 7月24日披露控股股东北京北辰实业集团有限责任公司（下称“北辰集团”）增持公司A股股份计划的最新进展。
北辰集团曾于2025年10月14日公布，将在2025年10月14日至2026年10月13日期间，以集中竞价方式增持公司A股，计划投入金额不低于4,500万元且不超过9,000万元，增持股份比例不超过公司总股本的2%。
截至2026年7月23日，北辰集团已累计斥资4,555.38万元，通过上海证券交易所集中竞价方式合计增持公司无限售流通A股26,335.50万股，占公司A股总数的0.99%，占公司总股本的0.78%，已达到计划金额下限。
其中，在2026年4月14日至2026年7月23日期间，北辰集团增持股份1,150.60万股，使用资金1,925.87万元，占公司总股本的0.34%。
增持后，北辰集团持有公司A股12.09亿股，占公司A股总数的45.46%，占公司总股本的35.91%。
