WANG ON GROUP(股票代码：01222)于2026年7月15日发布公告，披露当日通过香港联交所场内回购公司普通股股份事宜。公告显示，公司当日回购共计6000万股，占2026年7月14日前已发行股本约0.424%。回购价格为每股港元0.023，合计支付约港元138万元。
公司同时披露，截至本次回购前，公司已发行股本总数为141.66696942亿股，回购完成后，公司已发行股本维持不变，库藏股数亦维持为零。此前，公司于2025年8月19日获得购回授权，可购回最多14.16669694亿股，截至目前已合计回购1.8亿股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本总数的约1.271%，尚余可购回约12.36669694亿股。
公司表示，已遵循香港联交所证券上市规则等相关法规开展本次回购事宜。公告由公司秘书张立基先生签署。
