TAIZHOU WATER (01542) announced a proposal to elect Mr. Yang Feng as a non-executive director. His term will commence upon approval at the extraordinary general meeting and continue until the conclusion of the sixth board of directors' tenure. If his appointment is approved by shareholders at the meeting, he will also join the nomination committee.
