玖龙纸业（控股）有限公司（02689）8月20日在港交所公告，预计截至2026年6月30日止年度实现盈利约39亿元至41亿元，较2025财年的22.02亿元增长77.1%至86.2%。\n\n公司表示，盈利增长主要受销量提升以及产品售价上涨幅度和速度高于原材料成本升幅所推动，带动毛利增加。\n\n公告显示，由于2024年6月公司发行的4亿美元优先永续资本证券，本年度永续资本证券持有人应占盈利约3.76亿元。扣除该影响后，预期归属于公司权益持有人的盈利约34亿元至36亿元，较2025财年的17.67亿元增加92.4%至103.7%。\n\n公司已于2026年8月11日悉数赎回上述4亿美元优先永续资本证券，该证券已完成赎回、注销，并自新加坡证券交易所有限公司除牌。\n\n公司提醒投资者，目前披露的业绩数据为管理账目的初步审阅结果，尚未经核数师或董事会审核委员会审核或审阅，最终业绩将在2026年9月底前公布。公司同时提示股东及潜在投资者于买卖公司股份时应审慎行事。
