德莱建业集团有限公司（“德莱建业集团”，股份代号：1546）与World Nexus Holdings Limited（“要约人”）此前联合公布，力高证券有限公司代表要约人可能对德莱建业集团全部已发行股份（扣除要约人及其一致行动人士已拥有或同意收购的股份）提出强制性无条件现金要约。该可能要约尚待相关条件落实后才会作出。

德莱建业集团董事会宣布，已委任信达国际融资有限公司与浤博资本有限公司担任联席独立财务顾问，就该要约及其条款（尤其是要约是否公平合理及是否接纳要约）向独立董事委员会提供意见。本次联席独立财务顾问委任方案已获独立董事委员会根据收购守则规则2.1批准，并将于后续综合文件中披露相关意见函件。
