丽丰控股（01125）于2026年3月4日发布公告称，公司及其附属公司自2022年11月11日恢复股份买卖以来，整体业务运营继续正常进行。目前公开资料显示，丽丰控股的公众持股量为14.76%，仍低于上市规则所要求的25%水平。
公告指出，丽丰控股将持续与控股股东、核心关联人士及财务顾问进行讨论，寻求在合理可行的情况下尽快提高公众持股量。公司表示，在尚未符合上市规则第13.32B条规定之前，将定期公布公众持股量的最新进展，直至达到25%要求，并遵守相关规则。此外，丽丰控股提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖股份时需审慎行事。
