PC Partner Group AGM Clears All 11 Resolutions

PC Partner Group Limited announced that shareholders approved all 11 resolutions at the company’s annual general meeting held on Apr, 24 2026, with every motion passed by poll.

The meeting endorsed the directors’ statement and audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, and declared both a final dividend and a special dividend of 0.05 Singapore dollars per ordinary share. Directors’ fees of approximately 2.18 million Singapore dollars for FY2025 were also sanctioned.

Shareholders re-elected Mr. Wong Shik Ho Tony, Mr. Wong Fong Pak, Mr. Ho Nai Nap and Ms. Chan Yim to the board. Each continues in their existing roles, including committee positions such as Chairman of the Board, Executive Committee memberships and leadership of the Remuneration Committee.

Additional resolutions granted authority to allot and issue new shares or instruments and approved a new amended and restated memorandum and articles of association.

B.A.C.S. Private Limited acted as polling agent, while CACS Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. served as independent scrutineer for the vote count.
