Prudential repurchases 369,933 shares for about 6.7 million Singapore dollars

Prudential plc announced that on Jun, 3 2026 it bought back 369,933 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange under its ongoing share repurchase programme.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from GBP 10.50 to GBP 10.735 each, for a total consideration of about GBP 3.93 million, equivalent to roughly 6.7 million Singapore dollars.

All the shares repurchased on this date are designated for cancellation. After taking into account the cancellation of 445,672 shares on Jun, 3 2026, Prudential’s issued share capital stood at 2,518,591,393 ordinary shares at the close of that day, representing a 0.0177% reduction from the previous balance.

The transactions form part of a mandate approved on May, 14 2025 that authorises the company to repurchase up to 262.67 million shares. To date, approximately 94.32 million shares, or 3.62% of the shares outstanding when the mandate was granted, have been repurchased.
