本次回购股份数量占公司总已发行股份约0.0291%，回购价格介乎每股港币16.57元至16.85元，支付总金额1,096,284港元（约109.63万港元）。由于该部分股份尚未注销，截至2026年9月7日，公司H股已发行股份为34,780,340股，A股已发行股份为190,203,760股，库藏股为3,848,095股，总已发行股份维持在224,984,100股。
此回购基于2026年5月29日获通过的购回授权，授权购回上限为3,478,034股。截至目前，公司已回购股份累计718,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份约2.0644%。公司确认，本次回购遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法规要求。公告由董事兼联席公司秘书记田敏签署。
