Xinming China (02699.HK) Appoints Law Hok Yu as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, Replacing Kam Chun Ying

Xinming China Holdings Limited (02699.HK) announced that, effective 11 March 2026, Mr. Kam Chun Ying has resigned from his roles as company secretary and authorised representative. The Board has appointed Mr. Law Hok Yu, aged 36, to assume both positions on the same date.

Mr. Law holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He brings more than 10 years of auditing, accounting and corporate-finance experience. Concurrently, Mr. Law serves as: • Executive Director and Company Secretary, Hang Yick Holdings Company Limited (1894), since May and June 2024, respectively; • Executive Director and Company Secretary, China New Holdings Limited (8125), since May 2024; • Company Secretary, Amasse Capital Holdings Limited (8168), since February 2026; and • Independent Non-Executive Director, OneConstruction Group Limited (Nasdaq: ONEG), since December 2024.

He previously acted as Company Secretary of Dreameast Group Limited (593) from 14 October 2025 to 27 January 2026, until the cancellation of its Main Board listing.

The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Kam’s contributions during his tenure.
