康圣环球于2026年7月24日进行股份回购，并于当日从市场购回共223,500股普通股，占回购前已发行股本约0.02163%，回购价格区间介乎每股港币0.95元至1元，合计耗资约21.42万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数维持1,041,326,640股不变，其中流通股份约为1,032,929,640股，库藏股数量增至8,397,000股。
公司此前于2026年6月5日获批的购回授权可回购股份总数为103,426,264股，截至公告日，已累计回购股份数量共1,333,000股，占授权所涉已发行股本的约0.12888%。公司确认其回购活动符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法例的规定。
